Mission Statement

Ogemaw County Humane Society
Ogemaw County Humane Society

The Rea Family Animal Shelter is dedicated to improving the lives of companion animals in our community. Finding permanent and loving adoptive homes for the cats and dogs in our care. We provide a safe haven for animals in transition, serve as advocates for animals and their people, work to end animal overpopulation, and educate the public about compassion and responsibility towards all animals.

Our Location

We are located near the intersection of M-33 and M-55 in West Branch. Visit the Our Location page for a map and to get Google driving directions.

Hours

Monday – Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed to public

The Ogemaw County Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that does not receive any government funding and relies on the good will and generosity of individuals and corporations.
